AI provider

By default, Rose uses OpenRouter to access AI models. OpenRouter processes requests under its applicable privacy policy and terms. When Rose uses OpenAI or Anthropic models, their standard API terms apply. Neither provider uses inputs or outputs to train its models by default. Standard API retention can be up to 30 days, depending on the provider, model, and API feature. See OpenAI’s data policy and Anthropic’s data retention policy for details and exceptions.

Your deployment options

We support flexible deployment options based on your organization’s requirements:

  • Bring your own key: use your own provider credentials.
  • Bring your own model: select a model that meets your performance, privacy, or compliance needs.
  • Self-hosting: enterprise customers can run Rose in their own environment.
